Looking to see if any of you want to play Jetmoto for the PC with me. All I need is a time and a day and I can pretty much meet it. I don't have much going on right now and considering jetmoto can handle up to 14 players the more the merrier.

I would definitely love to do this. I'm practicing the game now because I'm not used to JM on PC. I'll let you know when.
What's your timezone? Mine's EST (New Jersey) so it's 9:50PM atm.

Central. I live in Illinois. Do you use a joypad?

Cool you're an hour behind me. I used to use a joypad but the game doesn't seem to recognize diagonal presses so I'm trying it out on keyboard. It's kinda comfortable.
Mind explaining to me how to connect with Hamachi. Do I just start it up and go to the multiplayer section in the game?

Start up hamachi and click Network on the top left. Second one over and click Join network on the drop down box. It will ask you the name of the network. Once your in that is all you'll have to do with hamachi.
Netname:†Jetmoto Netpass: bob
I suppose I'll be hosting so in order to join you'll use TCP/IP connection. There you will enter my Hamachi IP and then we should be under way.
It's not that complex for Jetmoto, but do I got some stories for some other games lol.

Indeed. I might start posting up events and other challenges just to give our community a little fun activity to do here and there.

I'm still trying to unlock all the levels. It's not easy. JMPC is a lot harder then I realized. The AI is seriously challenging.

I forgot to do that truthfully. I'll get right on that once I'm done working on the video for today.

Posted this here cause I didn't think it needed a new thread.
I played Jetmoto with my friend today over Hamachi. I finally talked him into it. The over all experience isn't bad, but the game has it's hiccups when playing online with people. For example, when your racing against another person, the racer your friend is playing as doesn't lean, or move, just simply sits stiffs and turn. The video seems to break when watching the other player make their way to the finish line after you already finished and sometimes the physics act a little different. Such example is me playing snow blind, I boosted at the big lip before you hit the finish line and I nearly jumped the thing. So bottom line, Old game, A bit glitchy.
Might just be playing with him though. You never know.

Well, I still suck at playing Jet Moto on PC, but I'd enjoy playing against another human over the net some time. How many people worldwide still play this game over then net?

Honestly. 0. Just us as far as I know. I was thinking of setting up a Circuit Race next weekend. If you want to play just let me know here. I've only done one on one and there is no telling how the game will react with a lot of people, but it could always pay off to see.

Count me in! I'd love to give it a try, just tell me what I have to do. Please be very clear about it too, because this is all new to me.

You'll need to download Hamachi. 1.Download unmanaged. 2.Accept user agreement. 3.Check or uncheck preferred options. 4.Finish install and open Hamachi. Hamachi will ask you to create a username. This is how I and other people will see you. Next you click the Network button and click join network. You'll be prompted on a network name and password. Enter like so. The password is bob. All lowercase. Now a run down of Hamachi's interface. 1. This is your Hamachi IP and username. 2.The names of the Networks you have joined 3.The usernames of people added to the network and their respective Hamachi IP. Note: Your Hamachi IP is completely different from your actual IP or the IP or your router. Don't get them confused. Now you can close it to the task bar it should still be running. This is the Hamachi Icon for the item in the taskbar: Now you know all you pretty much need to know to use Hamachi. Now to connect to other players through Jetmoto is fairly simple. For the sake of example I'm going to use my friend Duguall as the host. 1. Open Jetmoto 2.Go to Multiplayer. 3. Click Join via Internet TCP/IP Direct Play The multiplayer screen looks like this: The screen will minimize and you'll be prompted with this dialog box: Here you enter the Host Hamachi IP address. In my case it would be 5.200.206.41. Afterwords the game will pop back up and the game should be displayed on the left in the game room list. Click the desired game room and then click Connect or Join cant remember what it is off the top of my head. YOU cannot join a room by double clicking it. Remember that. All should go well. The game might freeze for a second but you should be good afterwards. Once all the players joined the lobby the host can hit start race and then the fun Begins! Alright there you go. If you need help or troubleshooting just let me know. Also remember to allow Jetmoto to pass through your firewall.
