Yeah, that's good music dude! It's weird how I like music... I love Metal, Rock, Electro and Dubstep... Those are really different music but I just love them! In my class in school (I'm 14) if not in the whole school, I'm the only one that likes Metal, Rock, Electro and Dubstep... Everyone seems to either hate those styles of music or be disgusted by them. Metal is just so good and never gets old, at least most of it! Below is a song I really like, it's called Thundersteel by Riot.
yep vinnie rules check out Time Odyssey too, yeah liking metal, epecially the more old school stuff can kinda make someone feel like an outcast at school but whatever they don't know what they're missin'
here's a catchy number by gamma ray spin-off helloween- still ain't as catchy as my favorite song Heaven can Wait by iron maiden but still really good, i like this style of upbeat stuff it puts me in the right mood
i just felt like playing with the scanner again hehe, yep my dad's old dream theater cassette it was one of the last records my dad bought since the early 90's(thought that was interesting), well it's mine now i guess, the first time i listened to it years ago i thought it was ok, but now giving it another listen i actually really like it now, probably because i wanted to listen to something newer, which reminds me when a friend asked me if i listened to anything new i said 90's dream theater thinking that was modern haha
Yeah dude, Awake is a great album, i wanna check out the rest of they're stuff, i really like how they just mixed a bunch of sounds and put it together, as for iron maiden being my personal favorite, around this time they really lost their touch, the direction dream theater took was the direction that iron maiden seemed was gonna take after "somewhere in time" and "seventh son of a seventh son" and it's the direction that i was really enjoying but then it went downhill with 1990's "no prayer for the dying" so yeah dream theater at this point was definitely a huge step above maiden in the 90's, i wanna search some more prog metal bands from the 90's but haven't found anyone that could top Dream Theater. and here's the inside if you're not familiar with the cassette, it didn't scan as well, i like the part where it asks personal questions of were you heard they're music and stuff it's like a window to the past, i like the cassette layout too most cassettes don't offer much info
