All right, I got everything running, and I gotta say, it's a bit smoother than I expected. Of course, trying to use keyboard is not fun, but I'll have a controller when I get back to school. I'm looking forward to racing online!

Heh, it's been a while since I really played. Then again, I'll probably get used to it quickly. I just hope we're able to race without problems.

It's like riding a bike. You never forget... Except this bike is going at 100mph and is hovering off the ground at 2 or so feet in the air...

I'll tell you one thing: JM1 is a LOT more manageable than JM2 with a keyboard.

Yeah, I have a special adaptor to convert PS1 and PS2 controllers to PC, so the only change I experience on an emulator is better graphics! It really worths it!

Though I do get occasional bad frame skipping from the CD loading assets. I thought the PS1 did most of the loading at once, but that's apparently not the case for Jet Moto.

I think you should make a rom out of your PS1 games, so it can run smoother and better with less lag. That's what I do and it works perfectly!

Well, the downside is that it won't play music.

Make sure to have a rom .bin/.cue and to select the cue file to play on the emulator, otherwise, it will not work.

I tried. ePSXe is incapable of playing .CUE files unless you mount them and their .BINs to a virtual drive using some external program.

I've never experienced that problem, Ermac. I use .bin and .cue files without fail running them straight through the emulator.

Hmm. That's odd. I go "run ISO", select a .cue file, then it just goes blank. It works fine if I use the first .bin file though.

Well that's weird! Mine works just fine with .cue, that's what I use to play my games, Jet Moto 2's music won't play if I don't play with the .cue file, but there is no blank screen for me, the game boots... What version of ePSXe do you have? I have 1.9.0.
