How did you first learn of Jet Moto?

I first heard of Jet Moto in that demo disc that showed the beta of JM1. I'm also curious how you found this site. I found it cause I heard about JM2124. It took a while to join and start posting, but I'm glad I did now.

My mom was playing JM2 CE and JM3 before I was even born, so when I was about 3 years old, I started playing as well. I've been playing regularly ever since, I can't go a month without playing some Jet Moto from time to time!

I don't really remember. I think I just found it when I was googling "Jet Moto". But it could also have been when I learned about JM2124.

I believe it was through a facebook group. It's been about 6-7 years so the memory is hazy.

Had to be one of those samplers that had the demo in it. Not the one that came with my playstation. I had disk 9. My friend had I guess disk 3 and I borrowed it to play the armored core demo. I didn't get into it until much later. I think playing JM2CE was what got me into it. Idk how I got that game, prob at a fair.

And how I found out about this website? Idk, it came to me in my head.

I remember sending messages to YouTubers who had JM videos. Idk why I thought that was a good idea but hey one of them stuck around (thanks Barrel!). I vaguely remember the FB groups but I don't use FB anymore.

I just googled Jet Moto Forum on a whim like, 7 years ago, and this was the only result.

The forum is old enough that I came here when I was 11 years old and could barely understand/write English enough to kind of communicate with people, fast forward to now, I'm 17 years old and actually bilingual.

Yeah, at least I was understandable. Also, I learned English by myself, school never helped me one bit. It always angered me that we had English classes but the teachers would barely teach us anything, they started actually teaching us the very basics in Secondary 1.

The problem was that I was already bilingual at that point, so it didn't matter anymore, I learned it a few years back by posting in forums, watching YouTube videos and playing video games. I would also cringe so hard when we played Bingo entirely in English, 90% of my class didn't know shit and the few that did always told them what the numbers were, I wanted to win so I was pissed to see my chances drop at each turn, so I started to say random numbers in French instead of the real ones, which did confuse some people at first, but they eventually caught on to it.

I always had the shittiest luck with Bingo and games like that, it was always the same people that won and I never did, I was desperate to win SOMETHING for once, but nope. In my entire school life, I only ever won one thing: the class' pet hamster, the odds were 1/2...
