I just bought F1 2012. It's on sale at Steam for $9.99. The sale will be over in 14 hours. I'm excited to play it since I've been watching lots of videos of it (I think Kyle knows what I'm talking about). So I was wondering if anyone here has the game or has been thinking about getting it. Now I have it so you might have someone to play with it you considered getting it.
Also on the side. I bought Audiosurf on Steam as well. It's 9.99 as well but it was on sale for 2.49 when I bought it. It's a really cool little game that is kinda like guitar hero except its on a hovercar and the racetrack is created by scanning a song. There are all kinds of game modes and it is really cool. I've already started playing it to JM songs. Like to note that Ice Crusher and Nightmare are the hardest so far. Generally songs that have a fast tempo and are kinda on the noisy side are the hardest to play. I think there was some speed death metal band that had a big rep for sick gameplay.
BTW. Anyone else on Steam? My name is CaMacKid on it.

Last F1 game I bought was F1 Championship Edition by the old Wipeout team. It's a hard game. I can't even get passed my tryouts due to the changes made to the car every set of laps.
I recently picked up King's field: The Ancient City. I thought Eternal Ring was good. King's field beats it ten fold.
Also writing in my free time. So I play Word as well.

the only f1 game i ever got was actually the very first playstion game I Ever Bought along with the playstion so it was probably like '98 it's the demo that's in vol.4 (i remember it wasn't cheap)- Sad story what happened to it though- an old neighbor of mine intentionally scratched it to hell for no reason anyway i haven't been playing all that much i mostly been working on Matt's upcoming album cover- (i've been working on it for about 2 months Hours and Hours have been put into it and you'll notice it) i wanna show you guys what i've got cooking once it's done- but this week and a bit of the last i've relaxed a little and played some twisted metal, played my telecaster and watched old anime- i still haven't gotten around to watching ghost in the shell but i have a definite feeling i'm gonna buy it

GITS always worth it. I've been playing League of Legends. I'm no good atm though. Still learning. Always have to devote time to it that I don't really have. Ugh.

Been on an Ace Attorney streak. I never had a DS when it was originally out, but after seeing the AA:DD display at PAX I decided to get every game.

Now that I broke away from my slight pokemon addiction I've been playing something else.
Screamer 2. I know it's a odd name, but heres some gameplay.
I guess the best way to describe it is Ridge Racer with seamless control. Great game. Though it still doesn't beat R4 for me.

I have played a big bunch of Formula One games in my life. One I still play is Grand Prix Legends. It is a game published in 1998 and it still has a great community. I am also member of a racing league from that game. You are racing in old cars from the 1960s and those are the TRUE classics. They are very challenging and realistic and if you thought Jet Moto on the PS is hard than you haven't played this. Anyway, my racing league: www.gplracer.eu/
