Right now I have been bouncing between two albums; The Audio Guide to Happiness (by Jolly) and Thirteen Eight (by Freedegredde.) Non-complex prog-rock at its finest.
I have also supplemented them with: Periphery 2: This Time It's Personal (by Periphery) Blinding White Noise (by Skyharbor) Elegant Gypsy (by Al Di Meola, gettin' my jazz on) and anything by Chimp Spanner.

E-Z Rollers... these guys appear in some PS games' soundtracks, such as GTA2, ToCA 2, Sled Storm and RollCage, and also in the "Lock Stock and two Smoking Barrels" movie Nice jazzy drum'n'bass in this one, "Retro" (from ToCA 2's main menu):
And this one, "Short Change" (from GTA2's main menu):

I have been listening to more electronic lately. Here is one of my favorites.
Also got to see this band at PAX Prime and they blew my mind
