I lucid dreamed a couple of nights ago and I wanna talk about something. You know when you wake up from the dream because you lost control or got too excited? It happens to me... Except, I'm not waking up. I'm still in a dream, completely. And each time I wake up it gets more and more realistic. Once, I woke up in a LD, then when I checked to pinch my nose, I could still breath through it, but if I pinched higher, I couldn't, it's very weird... Then, I went back to sleep, confused. I should've had a walk around though, because I wasn't 100% lucid, lel.

I hate that. I've created a trigger to avoid it mentally. I really don't know why you would do it on purpose. Sleep paralysis that is.

Sleep paralysis can be used as a method to achieve lucid dreams, lel. And to be honest I don't hate it at all, unless it's after waking up from a stupid nightmare, in which case it's horrifying. I usually don't have anything scary in my sleep paralysis when I do it just like that. Come to think of it, I might have to make it happen again if I wanna try a new technique to lucid dreaming.
