So I have come to to this point once again. The point where I consider selling all of my games and game consoles (except for jetmoto ) I really done have much time to play games and when I do have the time I usually find myselc working on a few other things. Now roughly going with used product sells I could roughly get 300-400 dollars for all of my stuff. I could use tbis money to start funding a self project. (Start not completely fund.) By purchasing the equipment I would need. Without the destraction I could focus more on said project. The question would be would I regret it? I do enjoy gaming, I'm not asking you guys to be my mini gurus, just asking for your opinions on the situation. (Sorry for any typos or horrble wording, doing thois from. phone.)

If the project you're gonna do is something you love then I think you then could be able to handle it (not having your games).
I am about to go into a situation myself where I have to let go of a lot of things I love to do to focus on it. Specifically my next college semester and I have hard classes coming up. I realized I have to cut down on all sorts of things to focus on the work and studying. So while our situations are different they are similar so I know how you feel. So I figure that if you want something, you might have to sacrifice for it.
Hope it all works out buddy.

that would be such a hard decision for me to make i wouldn't be able to part with my games i wouldn't want to go through the whole process of getting them back, I mean the way i look at it is that these 300 or 400 dollars have already been used for good cause your gonna spend the same amount again to retrieve the games i mean i see these games as history and you own the museum! unless putting into account the situation your in is dire or something then i guess you should sell, but have you been thinking about this for awhile? have you weighed the importance of the situation? I'm pretty sure you could fight your gaming urges even if you do own them to focus on you project, i've done it before when i have something to do and then if i really miss it then i simply play, maybe you could just keep your most prized possessions (like jet moto like you said and a few others with one sony console)you know? so you could maybe play jet moto to relieve stress later but yeah life could get so stressful sometimes that even gaming can't help sometimes but if your really set on selling then hey i'll purchase a game of Adonael's gamestore

It is a hard decision for me. I wanted to start a big collection and build it through the years, but this project I want to work on has been in the works for a long time. It's really close to my heart and I've been refining the story since 5th grade. The only issue is I need a better PC. This money would put me a whole hell of a lot closer to that one piece of equipment I need. I have a very good friend who is willing to meet me at half of the money I have to put towards a new machine (mostly because he wants me to play games with him.) So roughly I need about 1,000. Getting this PC though would be a huge step in the right direction and I could begin working alone. Then again, I did want to amass a huge game collection and pass it down to my son (Yup. guys didn't know that huh? ), But like I said this project is dear to me and I want to get it out to the world. I want you guys to be able to hold this in your hands and be like "Fucking adonael made that" I'll be ranting and raving all day, but I'm really just trying to decide here.

Are you building this computer by any chance? If not then you should. PC building is very rewarding (I just built my first) and very cost effective and can be future-proof for a couple of years. It's also easier than it seems. Case, mobo, cpu, gpu, ram, psu, hdd, dvd, done. This is a great place to post on and get a build for exactly your needs. www.reddit.com/r/buildapcformeIf you already know all this then cool, good luck! Baby adonael d'awwwww.

Gee, that is indeed a nice collection. I wouldn't sell it, not even if I was starving, hahaha. I'm really attached to my belongings, ya know. Got all my old toys under my bed, comics in a box, and I don't think I will ever sell anything. I've some kind of fear of regret.
But if this project is something worth, doing this can be considered. And you can also consider acquiring the collection back later.
