What characters do the new racers remind you of?

Apart from the returning characters from JM1 obviously.

I always thought Blade was a mix of Quick Jessie and Dakota in looks and riding style.
Vampeera's "i'm cool and rebelious" reminds me of Miko.
The Hun is like a new Rhino.
Gadget reminds me of Chien and Harris.
Steele for me is like a black Irons.
Li'l Dave has a similar riding style to Gunner

Can't really say since I don't play JM 1 much at all. All I know is there were a couple characters that were carried over to the sequel (I think it was only five though).

Actually, only four characters were brought back for the sequel (The Max, Bomber, Wild Ride, and the Technician). As for me, I'm agreeing with skizzo on character similarities. Though I have the original JM1 and love to play it quite a bit, I can't really think of anyone that seems identical on the top of my head.

I need moar imagination juice!
