Probably my favorite track from the first Jet Moto. Either that or Willpower. Nightmare was just awesome in every way, and in my opinion is the coolest track in the game. This course has some goofy bugs and ways to skip parts of the track which can really be fun...one time I skipped over 1/2 the track by ramping off a side!

I like playing this more on JM1 than JM2. It is easier (at least for me) to fall off with the JM1 boosting.

Don't forget "air brakes" don't exist in JM1 without a code, where in JM2 they are standard....makes JM2 a much easier Nightmare.

Not to mention that when you fall off in JM2, it takes forever to get back on.
Yeah, JM1 Nightmare could easily compete for the title of best track in the series. It's even better that it's unique amongst JM1 tracks because it's the only track of its theme.

I remember being so fascinated with the track when I saw the previews for it (when I still hadnt unlocked it). Its a very difficult track to get used to, but once you do, it's great to ride it. AI is crazy at time, whenever they superturbo right at the start.

Every once in a while when my brain is not working I accelerate at the start and fly right off the track. Awesome.

That was such a common mistake Its pretty much why AI is unfair since you have to start of slowly while 10 of the riders seem to be on a superturbo all the way to the 2nd checkpoint after the broken bridge.

Put them on Master and try to get over the first lap broken bridge without getting slammed off...That's what's fun haha. I actually find the AI harder on Professional for Nightmare because (since they are slower) it seems a heavy bike almost ALWAYS slams into you on the broken bridge and send you flying off the track.

The broken bridge is such a pain in the ass haha. Yeah collisions are common and sometimes when you turbo just before the bridge (without actually seeing it) you end up landing in a really bad place or just completely fall off

Great track! Very unique to the entire series. Definitely top 2 for me in JM1, but man is it a bitch! It is so hard to be consistent with how easily the bike gets air (and without that air brake it's trouble). Took me forever and ever to get that record. Honestly didn't think I could beat Mac on this one. But yeah I think the track itself is more fun on JM1. So much freaking speed!! If I'm playin JM2 I'll usually do the first lap without any turbo and then try to catch up and beat out the AI, otherwise it's just too easy.

Yea I remember not being able to beat the AI without stunt racing. I wasn't even close really.

One of the hardest tracks until you master it.
I love this track, I loved it when I couldn't beat it. I have fond memories of making my buddies play this track for the first time they ever played jetmoto. It was pretty interesting so see how long you come when you've played a game forever.

I placed first the first time I raced here. I was just so pumped up that I forgot to suck.

It's always fun to tell your friends who had never played the course or forgot about it...to turbo right from the start...CYA!
