When it comes to cutscenes in videogames, there is always one here and then that will stand out to you as being so excellent to the point of "moving" you; sometimes resulting in an "awesome!" or Wow..". I'm here to ask you guys what those moments in cutscene history did that for you. Here are a few of my personal choices: 1. Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain: This series had possibly the greatest voice acting of any game ever made, even today by FAR; but it's the very first game, in an early cutscene....that really makes you feel what Kain felt, it's perfect. 2.Rose's flashback scene in The Legend of Dragoon: This is probably my all-time favorite Playstation game, and when i first saw this cutscene back in 2000; I almost fell out of my chair. This is possibly THE solo greatest and moving cutscene I've ever seen in a videogame, and reveals so much insight about a main character. Well, that's 2 of mine...how about you guys?

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII: One of the greatest games ever made for PSP. Don't let the fact that it's FF turn you off. Just the emotion you can see in their faces...I get shivers.
I cried buckets.

The ending of Final Fantasy X FTW! At this point in the game, you could see this ending coming from a mile away. But unlike most examples, the fact that you know for so long only makes it more and more tragic as time passes. That moment left me on the verge of man-tears, but Yuna's speech at the end cheered me up. It's one of those speeches that applies to real life as well.
A large part of it is the beautiful music playing throughout! It perfectly portrays every thought, feeling and action that it accompanies.
