I know it came in a PS1 long box, so maybe.

Good new everyone! Just saw that Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is on its way...in Q4 2011.........oh well, it looks pretty sweet, just having all the characters from all the games in the series with no real reason for being here.

Will it feature Devil Kazuya? Haven't seen that character around for a long time.

For a forum of Jet Moto fans I can't believe no one's even mentioned Twisted Metal, being that Singletrac made both series. But anyway JM2 and TM2 were by far my my favorite PS games growing up.

Twisted Metal 1 is amazing...the soundtrack alone to me does it! Here's my favorite...it's like David Lee Roth era Van Halen meets Ritchie Blackmore era Deep Purple! I give you...Freeway Free-For-All, courtesy of Chuck E.Myers :

Yeah I love TM. Aside from JM and some wrestling games, Twisted Metal is the only other game I play on my PSX. I don't have TM1 though I have TM2. I want TM1 because it seems really good.

I grew up on twisted metal 2 along side Jetmoto. I love both games. Twisted metal 1 is good, but it is a lot harder in the terms of controls. In TM1 you cant turn while sitting still, so you have to be constantly moving which can make battle on a small map more difficult when your facing a quicker vehicle.
TM1, TM2, TM:B and TM: Head on are all great, TM 3 gameplay was decent though the endings were a joke. TM4 was one big joke.

I've only played the first 4, although I never owned TM1 (sad I know). But I would rank em 2, 1, 3, 4. I still play TM2 to this day...absolutely never gets old. Mr Grimm is the shit!

Mr.Grim and Sweet tooth are my favorites Oh and brimstone from TM:B. But this is turning into Twisted Metal: Alliance here so I'll bring up a new game lol.
I own Armored Core, Armored core 2, AC 2 : Another age, AC 3, AC: Last Raven, AC 4 and AC :4Answer.
Armored core is basically a mech customization game. Armored core- Last Raven tried to focus itself based on realism. Based
One of Armored Core's key features were to allow players to import their built mechs to the next game as long as the engine was the same. So I.E. Amored Core can transfer data to Project phantasma but not to Armored core 2 because it is for the ps2.
Armored core->Last raven are some of the most challenging games I've ever played. Last Raven being the hardest in the series. The Playstation 1 titles, Amored core, Armored Core Project Phantasma and Masters of Arena may not be considered hard by today's standards but they were for their time.
Armored core 4 took a turn to make the game play more fast paced and took out s strategical elements such as EN management (Energy Managment, AC's or Armored cores use generators to produce energy which can be expended through boost or EN weapondery if a pilot is not careful they can bottom-line the generator and have to wait for a recharge period) Also removing a heat mechanic that was constant in the ps2 versions of the game (AC 2- LR) and streamlined building a bit more than other titles. Armored core 4 was also easier than the previous titles.
4answer, went to even more extreme with the speed. tuning down the diffculty making it way to easy. I bought the game and with in the first week of playing achieved SS rank. (Gained by beating all the missions with an S rank) For answer is basically my twisted metal 4 for the AC series.
I am looking forward to AC 5 coming out sometime in Q4 2010 in japan. No news on a US release, but seeing how long the series has been over here I don't see why it wouldn't. even if it didnt I would import it.
If I were to rate the games I would have to go
1. Armored core 2 (I loved this game in my younger years) 2. Armored core 1 (The original first one I played) 3. Last Raven (Hardest in the series) 4. Project Phantasma (Loved the story) 4. Another Age 5. Amored Core 3 6. Armored core 4 (Fav. for the ps3 series have some good memories from online. Decent story.) 7. For Answer (MEH. Only thing good is the follow up to 4's story but thats not much.)
Games not mentioned because I havent played/own them:
Armored Core Masters of Arena
Armored Core: Silent line (Sequel to 3)
Armored Core: Nexus (Same universe as 3 and SL but uses a different engine, invalidating importing of 3 or SL's saves)
Armored core: Nine Breaker.

I have Armored Core 1 and Armored Core: Master of Arena. There was a time I was playing the crap outta them. I also have Armored Core: Formula Front for the PSP. Really cool. Did they keep the same universe from the first games or did they reboot it or something later on?
