WOW! I never heard of this game! It somehow reminds me alot of a PS1/N64 game called S.C.A.R.S., the graphics and the sound effects reminds me of it. Well it was also made by Ubisoft, so that's probably where the ressemblence is from. It feels very fast and somehow, it looks very cool, I might try it! Here's a video of S.C.A.R.S. for you guys to see the ressemblence, and BTW, S.C.A.R.S. was one of my favourite games back then, racing with animal vehicules getting power-ups and shooting at the other racers, I had alot of fun playing it!

I tried installing it, but it needs a bunch of patches that don't work and I can't get it to work! Well, I guess I'll never play POD! D:

Crash Team Racing was a big one for me way back when. Never liked Speed Punks. It's drift mechanic was a cool idea, but it was difficult (for me at least) to get significant boost on most of the tracks. I played some Crash Nitro Kart, but it paled compared to CTR in my experience.
Commenting on a post from the first page, I loved the demo I played of NASCAR Rumble. Not the usual oval, and the funny commentary was half the enjoyment. "Black gold...Texas tea." Sometimes I played with the grey graffit'd RV for laughs. A couple other demos I enjoyed (but didn't bother getting the full version) were Gran Turismo 1, and Test Drives 4 and 5.

Streak Hoverboard Racing. Made by Singletrac. No need to say more, it's an hoverboard version of Jet Moto. Almost the same exact sound effect and physics and similar music.

Well, once you've got it on an emulator and switched the controls to classic Jet Moto controls... It becomes more enjoyable. It's pretty fun, but I agree that it is flawed. The turbo feels like it's really fast but completely stops taking effect after you let go of the button... Also, the design of the tracks aren't that good either but well. I won the two first championship easily and well, after that it was a little harder. By the looks of the game and the physics, it is clearly on the same engine as JM1 and JM2. Also, by checking at the game's files, they're the same as in JM1 and JM2.
