Several years have come and gone since I last made a post on here. I feel ashamed to even still call myself a member of this board. I got a little nervous even trying to come back on here because I was afraid everything here would have been desolate and deserted as Slickrock Gorge. But I did it anyway becauze of the friends I made on here and for my absolute undying love for Jet Moto.
A lot has happened in these past few years. I tried to do a JM1 playthrough and failed (because my camera broke), I went to college, I failed, I found the love of my life, I made a bunch of new friends, and I've been drawing quite a bit. Well, a lot. I've also been using a cool game called ModNation Racers to recreate many of the courses in the JM series. I can post some photos if anyone's interested, but for now, I want to enjoy my reemergence onto these beautiful forums.

Damn, yeah, it really has been a while... A WHOLE WHILE!! XD Yeah, Jet Moto 2124 really brought the forum back on its feet. Since the public download, we've searched the game's code and found some pretty interesting things, including two versions of the original Atlantis level, a test track and some hidden bikes... I have to say it's mostly Dr_Kirk's work, he's awesome! Also, it's nice to see one of the old members back! I was just looking at some old posts and I've realized most of the first members just vanished and never returned to JMC... Or when they did (I'm looking at Barreld here), they didn't even bother to post anything and just passed by like a ghost of the past.

But I'm definitely sticking around this time, especially since I have a phone where I can do all of my communicating now. And I'm excited about the work with JM2124!

Well there are plenty of those who aren't as active now as before. Lots of factors go into it like being an older crowd, JM being an inactive franchise, and a lot of the fun was had earlier like when bear and Matt were dominating the records.
Also I think again going with the older crowd deal, we are just busy, not necessarily with life but wanting to do other things. I'm involved with another online community and I'm just playing and enjoying other games. I kinda forget about JMC time to time.
I'm thinking of doing another redesign of the forum so at least it feels fresher. I need to put more effort again instead of just being kinda absent.
But I'm going on about stuff. Welcome back Rex! Good to see you again!!
