Cybersled
Cybersled is a game based on sci-fi hover tanks battling it out in small arenas. The controls have a steep learning curve because the movement you'll be using the most is sideways strafing and depending on which way your going the directional buttons will invert. Despite this issue I enjoy this game. This game was originally a arcade game by Namco. Never getting to play the original arcade version I cannot say if it lives up to the original. The game ,of course, has no save function, but there is a code to unlock the prizes you win from the start.

Assault Rigs
Assault Rigs is another Sci-Fi tank game, but this one is based in a virtual reality setting and is also based on platforming. Assault Rigs controls handle...well like a tank. Another game I enjoy greatly for no reason I can think of.

Blast Chamber
Football with a crystal and a time bomb strapped to your chest. Not much else to say. Games controls are simple and work just fine. The game has two modes, Solo where you take on a deadly obstacle course or Muti-AI/Player match where you go against 3 other opponents.

Air Combat
While Ace Combat didn't get much love until Ace Combat 2. I remember the first game, Air combat. Air combat was one of my first two jet games. I have fond memories of this game and remember it being the first one I played where you had full control over the plane. The game hasn't aged well like most of these games on my list, but it is still a blast to play in my opinion even if it is a tad easy to todays standards.

Bogey Dead 6
Another Jet game. This one however differed from Air Combat, because of its more realistic load out. You had to choose which missile load out to use before each mission. I don't remember if the game had a "Advanced" control option or if it had the basic side to side movement like most jet games. Bogey Dead was the first game I remember having a cockpit view. This is one I still need to repurchase.

Ps. I forgot how good Bogey dead 6 had a awesome soundtrack.
Thats all I have for now. I look forward to hearing your picks.
